Mannington has assigned a Customer Service Representative as your dedicated point of contact. Your CSR handles all orders, samples, and requests. They acknowledge your order and maintenance requests via your chosen method: email, fax, phone... or all three, within one business day. Most orders and requests are acknowledged the same day if received prior to 5 pm eastern time.
